I'm Sachin Sharma: software developer, system designer, solution architect and forward deployed engineer, based in India. I can work in any technology, from AI and LLMs to Android, iOS and the web. You work with me directly, with no account managers in between. My job starts before the code: telling you what to build first, what to leave out, and what a fair quote looks like.

## At a glance

- Studied: B.Tech in CST, MAIT Delhi
- Builds: Apps, web products, AI and LLM tools, desktop software
- Shipped: Loopin, Legease, Aashwasan, Wally, EHR Copilot and MojoDocs
- Works: Directly with clients, no agency layers

## Roles

### Software developer

The code that ships, tested and handed over clean. Mobile, web, AI and desktop, in whatever technology fits the job.

### System designer

Flows, data and boundaries drawn before the first line is written, so cost and scope stay honest.

### Solution architect

The stack and the shape that fit your business, not the trend of the month.

### Forward deployed engineer

Embedded with your team, making it work in your real world and not only in a demo.

## What I build

### Mobile apps for Android and iPhone

One codebase that runs on both phones, or a native app for each. I pick what fits your app and tell you why.

A good fit when:
- You need Android and iPhone from one team.
- Your users may have weak internet, and the app must still work. Loopin does.

Think twice when:
- Your app is mostly a 3D game. A game engine such as Unity is the right tool for that.

Stack: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Firebase, Supabase

### Web apps and MVPs

A web product that loads fast on a phone and can be found on Google.

A good fit when:
- You want people to find you through search.
- You want a working first version, an MVP, to test the idea before you spend more.

Think twice when:
- Your product is mainly a phone app that must work offline. A mobile app fits better.

Stack: React, Next.js, Vue, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, WebAssembly

### AI and LLM products

I add AI where it turns a long document, a call or a transcript into a first draft that a person then checks.

A good fit when:
- You have documents or notes that people read again and again.
- A person will check the output before anyone acts on it.

Think twice when:
- You want AI to make the final call on law, health or money with nobody checking. I will not build that.

Stack: LLMs, GPT and Claude APIs, RAG, AI agents, Embeddings, Vector databases, Speech and vision models, On-device models

### Desktop tools that stay on your machine

Small tools for Mac and Windows with no account and no data leaving the computer.

A good fit when:
- Your data is private and must stay on the machine.
- A chore you repeat on a computer can become a one-click tool.

Think twice when:
- You need everyone to use it from a browser with nothing to install.

Stack: Swift for Mac, Electron, Tauri, .NET, Rust, Python, WebAssembly

## Client and college work

- Ralas One (Client, My largest build. Owner panel and login are database-backed; the other department panels are being wired in order.): A multi-brand two-wheeler dealership management platform: OTP login, an owner panel (outlets, pricing, accessories, stock, schemes, financiers, team, audit) and a sales pipeline from enquiry to quotation.
- Ralas Group website (Client, Live. The link will change, so it is not published here.): The website of a diversified business group headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, covering real estate, automobile retail, electric mobility and more.
- Ather dealership website, Raipur (Client, Live.): The website of Ralas AutoCorp, an authorized Ather dealership in Raipur: the scooter range, test-ride booking, finance options and dealership contact.
- Project Rho (Client, Live. Scope of my part to be confirmed.): An agentic investing environment built for India: eleven specialist agents and a master orchestrator research and stage orders for NSE and BSE, and the user's tap is the final say.
- MediChain: patient app (Academic, College minor project (MAIT, 2026-27), built in a team of three. Android prototype running on mock records.): The patient side of a health-memory and drug-safety platform: a health passport, a timeline, family profiles and time-limited access for a doctor through a QR code or a six-digit code.
- MediChain: doctor app (Academic, College minor project (MAIT, 2026-27), built in a team of three. Doctor workflow is in progress.): The doctor side of the same platform: verify a patient's consent code, see the risks first, record the consultation and check every medicine with Drug Guard before signing.

## How we work

01. **We talk.** You tell me who the product is for and what must work on day one. I tell you what I would build first and what I would leave out. You send: One line about the idea, and who will use it. You get: An honest view of what to build first.
02. **I write the scope.** I list the screens and features, what is not included, how long it takes and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree. You send: Read it and say yes, no or change this. You get: A written scope and price, before any work.
03. **You see it grow.** You get a build you can open on your own phone or browser, not slides. You can steer while changes are still cheap. You send: Feedback within the week. You get: A real build you can tap and test.
04. **Handover.** At the end you get the source code, the accounts in your name and a short document on how it runs. You send: Tell me when you are ready to take over. You get: Everything, in your name.

## Check any developer before you sign

- The scope is written, with screens and features listed. Without a list, every change becomes an argument about what was promised.
- There is a named person I can call. If the only contact is a sales desk, you cannot reach the person doing the work.
- The price is tied to steps, not one big payment. Paying in steps means you can stop if the work is not good.
- The code and accounts will be in my name. If they are not, you may have to pay again to get your own product back.
- I will see a working build every week. A weekly build shows real progress. Reports and slides do not.
- It says what is not included. A clear list of what is left out stops a surprise bill later.

## Where I am not the right fit

### You want a price before you share the idea.

A fair price needs a scope, and a scope needs the idea. A number without it is a guess. Write one page: who it is for, what must work on day one. Then ask anyone for a quote.

### You want a copy of another company's product.

I will not copy another company's name, design or code. Tell me what you would do differently. That is usually the real product.

### You want software that gives legal, medical or investment advice with nobody checking.

Software can help a professional work faster. It should not replace the professional's check. Keep a qualified person in the loop. I can build the tool around them.

## Questions

### Who will I talk to when I hire you?

You talk to me directly. There is no agency layer, no account manager and no sales desk. I read your message, I write the scope and I build the product. If something goes wrong, you do not have to chase anyone.

### Which technology will you use for my project?

The one that fits your product, your budget and the people who will maintain it. I can work in any technology: AI and LLMs, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift and more. I explain the choice before we start.

### Do you build for Android and iPhone together?

Yes. I can build one codebase that runs on both, or a native app for each. I pick what suits your app and tell you why. Loopin, Aashwasan and Wally run on both. If a feature needs the phone's own system, as in One Tap Recorder, I write native Android code and say so early.

### What do I need to send you first?

Send one line: what you want to build, who will use it, and what must work on day one. A rough budget and date help too. If the idea is still unclear, send what you have. I will ask the questions that make it clear.

### How much will my project cost?

I do not publish fixed prices. Cost depends on three things: the number of screens, the integrations such as payments or maps, and how much must work offline. I give you the price in writing after you describe the idea.

### Will I own the code and the accounts?

That is agreed in writing before work starts. My plan is that the code, the accounts and the notes are yours at handover. Whoever you hire, ask for it in the scope.

### Is any of your code open to read?

Yes. DevDex, Sameframe, FlashDrop, MojoCinema and One Tap Recorder have code on GitHub. MojoPlay and Daily have public showcase pages, but their source code is closed. Most client work is private.

### Can you add AI to an app I already have?

Yes, when the AI saves a person time. Legease and EHR Copilot turn a long document or a session transcript into a first draft. A person should check the result before it is used.
